We are very happy to expand our team and are welcoming Daryna Shybaieva, Kenneth Røsland Rosenørn, Sergey Klyapovskiy, Kristian Thy and Jens Knudsen to Utiligize.

Daryna or ‘Dasha’ comes with unique experience from Ukraine where she led a team of GIS professionals, IT development- and IT infrastructure teams and is our infrastructure engineer.

Kenneth is our new data analyst. He has been working for 4 years in The Danish Energy Agency (Green Power Denmark) analyzing smart meter data to solve issues for Danish DSOs, including analysis of the development of low voltage customers’ power factor, developing machine learning models for forecasting and identification of loads, developing load profiles for electrical vehicles (EVs), households etc.

Sergey is our expert on power system modeling, analysis, and optimization. He has previously been working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Technical University of Denmark and has participated in several international research projects looking into electrical distribution networks, flexibility, heat pumps and EVs.

Kristian leads our development team and knows all phases of software development. He has among other extensive experience from UN helping them support the Kyoto Protocol and has multiple work and projects on GIS and asset management applications.

As our CCO and Partner Jens will lead the commercial activities. He has extensive IT sales management background for many years as a director in IBM and has held numerous executive positions in other companies as well. Having led multiple projects, he knows the Utility industry in depth.
