M&P gains ground: Dinel signs three-year extension, Elværk follows suit
18 December 2025
December has been a milestone month for our Maintenance & Planning solution. Two Danish DSOs – Dinel and Elværk (Thy-Mors) – have both chosen to expand their partnership with Utiligize and bring M&P into their field operations. For Dinel, the move comes as part of a renewed three-year commitment that also opens the door to third-party use by Bravida Danmark.
Dinel: a three-year extension and a new partner in the field
Dinel has signed a three-year extension of its agreement with Utiligize, deepening a partnership that has been built around our Forecast & Investment platform. As part of the renewed agreement, Dinel is also adopting Maintenance & Planning (M&P) – the solution we have built for structured condition assessments and maintenance logging across the grid.
A particularly exciting part of this expansion is that Bravida Danmark, one of Dinel’s key field service partners, will use our M&P mobile app directly when working in the field. With third-party access to the app, Bravida technicians can carry out condition assessments and log maintenance activities in the same system that Dinel uses to plan and prioritise the work. This closes the loop between planning, execution and documentation – and ensures that the data captured in the field flows directly into Dinel’s asset management decisions.
Elværk: exercising the M&P option from day one of the partnership
At the same time, Elværk – the DSO serving the Thy-Mors region – has decided to exercise the M&P option that was built into their original Forecast & Investment agreement with us. From the start of the partnership, Elværk had reserved the option to extend the scope to maintenance and planning, and they are now activating it to bring structured maintenance workflows into their day-to-day operations.
For us, this is a strong validation of the option-based commercial model: Customers can start with the platform that solves their most pressing need and extend into adjacent capabilities once the value is proven.
Why this matters!
Two grid operators choosing M&P in the same month is more than a coincidence. It signals that the combination of long-term forecasting, investment planning and structured field maintenance – all on one platform – is increasingly seen as the natural way to run a modern DSO. With Bravida joining as a third-party user of our mobile app, we are also taking another concrete step towards an ecosystem where DSOs and their service providers operate from a shared, reliable source of truth.
We are grateful for the continued trust from Dinel and Elværk and look forward to supporting their teams – and Bravida’s – in the field and at the planning desk.
